How do I use my domain name with Roxer?
If you have a domain name you can point it at your Roxer web page. Follow these instructions.

I don't have a domain name yet, but I want one. Can you help me?
We sure can! Just send us an email at support@roxer.com with the domain name you'd like and we'll set it up for you.  The whole process usually takes less than 24 hours. Please note that you'll need a Power User account for this.

All this is free? What's the catch?
Roxer is brand new and we want to observe how people use the technology and what kinds of features they want us to add. To supplement Roxer’s development costs we will likely experiment with adding a small amount of sponsored advertising to our users' Web pages. We do offer  "Power User" accounts which have advanced features as well as no advertising.

What is a "Power User" account?
This is a premium service that we offer for a small fee. Please see our PowerUser page and pricing page for a breakdown of features.

How do I remove that grey bar that's at the top of all of my pages?
Removing that grey bar will also remove all Roxer branding and advertising. To do this please upgrade to a Power User account on your "Settings" page. Just click the "Settings" link on the top right.

Where can I get more "stuff" for my web pages?
You can get Boxes by pressing the green "Add" button on the Toolbar.

How do I change a link's color?
To have a colored link you'll need to color the text before converting into a link. We're working on a fix to make this easier.

What are the limits to using Roxer's free account?
With a free account you can have up to 10 pages, and a total of 50 Boxes.  Individual image uploads can be up to 100k each.
